Nestled in between the Berkshires and the Catskills sits a century old public golf club with a long established American restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, amazing sunset views and pictureseque surroundings. A large, seasonally changing menu appeals to both locals and tourists alike, and our weekly specials and public events draw crowds year round. A reputation of consistent food and friendly service as well as outstanding atmosphere make us a popular choice for many annual tournaments, fundraisers, weddings and private events.
Our current chef is retiring and leaving behind big shoes to fill. We are looking for someone energetic, creative and flexible, who can work well with a team and enjoys the seasonal changes of our location and our varied clientele.
Our core kitchen staff stays on year round but there is a seasonal need to expand the team- so team management skills and experience with hiring and training staff is essential. Other responsibilites include inventory, ordering, cost control, scheduling, and menu creation (with input and direction from ownership and management).
